I am a resident of Hyderabad. In 2001 I have purchased a land and constructed a house in it. in 2008 I have applied for regularization of land under LRS. I was issued final notice to pay Rs.53,020/- and I paid the amount in time. All of a sudden GHMC kukatpally officials has demolished my house even with our notice saying that the site falles under the open place of Housing Board colony. The said lay out is tentative lay-out, not sanctioned by HUDA. Please any body tell me how to proceed against the Municipal Officials.
