general power of attorney format

We are three sisters and 2 are settled abroad. The house that I stay in is on the name of my mother. After her death I want that the property should be transferred in my name. In the same my sisters have no objection . As they are settled abroad I want a draft of GPA so that they can send in my name and here in India on its behalf I can get the property transferred in my name. Please send me the draft for the same.
