Dear LEARNED all,

HAPPY SUMMER HOLIDAYS

a---Is information/document/statements etc obtained through RTI Act-2005 provisions valid acceptable legal document in court/tribunal proceeding??????

b--- how can one prove legally before court of law,unemployed statusof someone, from last 4-5 years except non-judicial-affidavit?

  by showing employment exchange certificate

  tax statement

  letter head written and signed by village sabhasad(parsad)/vidhayak of your area etc etc

which or any other is the correct legal acceptable way before court of law.

a,b,c  d  are legally acceptable ways of presenting before court of law.Actually a,b,c.
