I worked from 01st June 14 to 17th Aug17 my full and final pending with company, now I am asking my F&F company says our main cliant get insolvent and we have not fund for making payment of full and final pls advice.
Dear querist,
Serve legal notice to your employer for making FNF in 15 days after receipt of notice.
In case company does not comply with notice then file complain at labor commissioner which will try to settle matter between you and your employer. In case noting comes with dialogue then matter will be referred labor court.
