Full and final settlement

I have resigned my from my job , and my notice period is 15 days, since I was on probation period .
The reason for resignation is the manager behaviour and blame the small mistake on me and enlarge it. just as you are not doing work properly. And reality is that I am doing my work properly but the manpower provided by agency for one project is not handling it properly.
He said me that he will not clear my full and final settlement , will not reimburse my expenses, and will not give experience letter.
kindly suggest me that how I can take my settlement.

tell to your head, for recovery of pending salary filing a suit in the court.

I would advise you to serve a legal notice to your employee first before going in for a civil suit for recovery as that solves the disputes amicably in mist of the cases.
