Full and Final Settlement.

Hi, I initiated the resignation on July 06, 2015 and my last working day was September 04, 2015. I served the notice period of 2 months. I would like to know the number of days required to complete the f&f procedure. Its been almost 45 days from my last working day. Please let me know whether I should send an email to the HR department to followup. Please share the valuable facts and thought. Thank you.
