The amount of franking will be decided under the Bombay Stamps Act. Contact the Stamps & registration department who will give you the exact amount of stamps to be franked on the sale agreement.

It depends upon the market value as per ready reckoner. Ultimately, it will be collector of stamps who will adjudicate.
