Transfer of property in wife's name after husband's death.

After the death of the husband who has willed the property in his wife's name, what is the procedure for transferring the property in wife's name? What all documents are required and where are they to be submitted in Delhi. Property is in Kalkaji, South Delhi. The couple have three grown up married sons.
