Dear Experts,
I am facing a suit for receovery case where in petitoner filed an application before court to recover 20lac rupee from me. Source of fund was shown by the way of affidavit wherein petitioner showed that he taken a loan from his relative and given to me, However the person who given affidavit showed that he sell off his agriculture land and handover over amount to his relative (no bank transaction) and his relative given to me. Now when i inquired about the status of agriculature land i was shocked that the said piece of land was never sold. I have filed section 340 application before the Hon'ble court but judge has not taken any cognizance on it and other party just lingering on the matter and they don't present in the court. Is their any other remedy for me in IPC for faster closure of this case and take the persons behind the bars.
