I work in an NMC in Nashik Maharashtra. Once I informed my boss that as per National Building Code 2005 we are not fulling the criteria of Occupant load Floor area per person.
He asked me question is it law/mandatory/statutuary requirement or in advisory nature? I didnot have an answer.
Will some body guide me?
