Joint home loan and then divorce

Hi

I alongwith my wife took a Joint home loan with HDFC for an under construction property.

Later we divorced, and I returned her investment in the flat and she relinquished all her rights in the property, this is clearly mentioned in the divorce decree.

However, the home loan still appears to be on joint basis.

My question is , if I intend to sell this under construction property,

What would be my ex-spouse's role.

Will she be required to sign documents regarding her being a party to the loan.

Or Is my divorce decree sufficient document to show that I am the primary owner and borrowwer.

Please advise.
