I have bought under construction flat at pune kiwale area 9 month ago.I have also taken loan for the same.Now because of some financial problem I want to cancel registration.But builder say until and unless he get some other person to buy same flat he can't cancel the registration. I am not sure this is the way to cancel flat registration.
