Sir,
I have 50dec. land in the name of my mother as per L.R. Parcha in west bengal, which she get from her father as she is only legal heirs of her father. Now I want to make poultry farm in that land but my neighboure who has a land beside me creating problem and saying he will make a objection if I continue make the construction. The land marked as " DANGA" in L.R.Parcha and there is no family living within 100 mtrs of the land. My question is that what type of objection he can make ? can he stopped my work, if yes how may days/months it will take to get clear ? what action could, I take against him? and sir also suggest me what type of license require to run a poultry farm? I am from west bengal.
