I am Ravi from Pune.
I own a flat in Akurdi, PCMC, Pune in a society consisting of about 500 flats.
Currently, society formation / handover is done for our society.
There are flats of different sizes (1000 to 1500 sq. ft.)
Builder collected society maintenance charges based on per sq. feet
Now, owners who have big flats are fighting for a flat amount for each flat (as per sq. ft. doesn't look logical,every flat in society is enjoying the same privileges).
However, owners which have less area (small flats) are opposing this proposal.
Does anyone have any comments on this issue?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
