a case was filed under ipc 332, 504,501. now the victim is ready to compromise and the accused did the offence involutarily i.e the accused was drunk so much that he does not know anything about the crime scene . so waht can be done now to save the accused as the accused is a good student and his life will be ruined after the allegations against him are proved.

Manage the police or take the bail. Police can file B report, try for that

The offence is compoundable under secton 320 CrP.C. so you can both file an applicaton under this secton for compounding the offence, naturally the court will allow the applicaton, do it immediatley before the report is submitted by the police.

actually sir the first hearing is on next week..and the the policeman(victim) is ready to compromise, and nothing is known about the report filed by poilce..and one more thing i must tell you the accused is above 18.
