I was married in India in 1973, we both have Indian Nationality.
In 1988 we made one private contract for our house, we bought from another family. Both husband signed.
We bought this house for the family. This is the only property we have.
Today, the wife of other party has attacked both husbands. She tells without my consent you have buy and sell the house. She has proved that she is also the owner of 50 % of this house, so she wants nil the private contract.
We would like that my wife should attack also on both of them. Because she is also residing in this house.
Our advocate ask we need a certificate made by EXPERT in INDIAN LAW, that can be use in abroad, telling as that Husband and wife has the equal share in the house, so in this case that Wife has right in husband´s property. Is it right? Somebody can do it?
