Sir,
We have a mhada property in mumbai,in the name of my grandmother,now deceased... ,now that we want to sell the property and we have a noc of all the members inclucing sons and daughters of the deceased, can we sell the property without succesion certificate.
your valuable reply wud be appreciated.

Yes u r sell this property withouty succesion certificate but if all are ready for sign in conveyance deed
