Sir, I am one of the owner out of 4 for a land in Hyderabad where we constructed 10 flats, we kept a supervisor for watching the work as we stay away from hyderabad.
We jointly sold 2 flats long back i.e. during 2006 and registered the sale deed, but we did not get the sale consideration till to-day on enquiry they told us that they will pay and took time and passed the time, now they are telling that they have paid the amount to our supervisor by cheque in his name. But out supervisor is creating problem to us and not allowing us to complete our own flat.
Can any body help legally in this regard.
