After marriage, my brother was bearing all the expenses while her wife entire salary was getting deposited in a joint account which was essentially her salary account. Now there is a dispute and my brother has frozen the account. Her wife has threatened him of sec 406 if she is not allowed to withdraw the entire amount. what should he do?

It might attract prosecution u/s 406/498A/3/4 DP Act, so watch out, start filing informatory petitions to protect yourself. Take help of self help groups such as www.mencell.weebly.com or SYF/Gender HRS
