Dear Experts,
Can anybody provide case studies of judgments (or any weblink for the same) where Maintenance was not given to the wife because of she Deliberately not living with husband and not earning (despite of being professionally Qualified) just to get maintenance.

Sec 125 itself says that if there is no wilfull neglience by the husand to maintain his wife,wife is not entittle to claim any maintenance, she has to prove husband willfully neglected to maintain her.
