whatz the nature of that property. Whether it is ancestral or self acquired property of your father? 2) Whether property is minor's property?

Absolutly you have right in said property.

as legal heir first give a legal notice to your uncle.

Find said agreement/sell deed. if any- file the civil case in court .

For perfect advice provide Said agreements made between your uncle & father.

dear sir.

property is ancestral,

my father made an aggreement on stamp paper for my uncle's share  from uncle...aggreement is not registered...it has witness only.

but after the death of my father ..the property is sold out by my uncle.

so as per the aggreement my father is eligible for my uncle's (1/2) share too.

can i get that 1/2 share of my uncle..which is aggremented to my father..but sold out after his death??

plz advice
