Illegality

A private limited company is registered with ROC and the regd office is shown as a residential flat in a CHS. The company has not obtained licence under Shops & Establishment Act, 1946 is not registered and paid profession tax. It is engaged in lending money and receiving interest and has also not obtained licence under Bombay Money Lenders Act . When RBI went to investigate the company, it found that it did not exist at the regd office. All these authorities are fully aware of the activities of the company yet no action has been or is being taken. What can be done?

It is the matter between the company and the Govt. aquthourities. They might have issued notices and got reply from them or action may be under process. If you are confident that they hae not taken action, then you can raise your voice before the higher authourities. or you can file a Case under public interest litigation before the High Court or Supreme Court.
