Hi,
I have mediclaim insurance for my parents(senior citizen) and myself. there was no claim for past 10 years. and accumulated bonus of 75 thousand for my parents. and 30 thousand for me.
last year due to some monetary problem i was unable to renew the policy for 1 year, so I go for short term 6 months renewal.
now I want to renew the 3 policy for 1 year also increase the parents insurance by 50000/- each . and national insurance said that they will not provide me the accumulated bonus and it will reset to zero. also they are not willing to increase the sum as it was a 6 month renewed policy. I have lost 75000/- + 30000/- bonus amount
I am unable to understand the policy of national insurance.
Please provide me a way so that I can avail the bonus and increment for my parents.
