What is the remedial action for me while my wife has sold the land given to me by her on gift deed settlement .Now we live seperately due to bad relationship. At this movement my wife has sold the land which was given to me by her on settlement deed which was also registered. The property was purchased by the purchaser with out my consent. Please let me know the learned advocates what is the remedial action for me who has lost the land worth 2.5 crores.
