Laws again educational institute

Hello Friends..

i have joined an institute 3 months back.. they offered me so many things in brochre.. n now condition is that they dont even completing their predifined syllabus in brochre.. according to which act i can file a case against them..

please help asap..

There is an internal machanism for resoving girievances under the UGC norms called 'Grievance Redressal Committe' set up at the Institutional level and also at the University level to which you may complain. The Legal Option open to you is that you can file a case against the institution for deficiency in service in loca lConsumer Court.
