my wife is working in a mnc well earning. but in her application for maintanance she mention that she is a house wife. her earning is about 25k. my income is very low about 4000. i have some masseses sent by her from company cellphone no. past two years are thats enogh to proof her employment to the company.she file case against me two year before.

Produce the document of her salary to the court. If office is denying to supply that then file an application in the court to call the documents from her office.

Yes Follow Rajeev Sir's advice. If she has filed the affidavit that she is not earning and you can prove that at the time of filing of affidavit she was earning. She may be charged for perjury.

You can very well defend the maintenance case with those salary certificate/payt slip. even her bank pass book will do.
But how will you tackle 498 A case?
