Not serving notice period

am in Probation period and i stop work without serving notice period and gone abroad. i do this type of things considering MD Rude Behavior with of me. i didn't mass up work of the company but he put 10,00,000 claim considering appointment terms. even 2 time he provoke me to work in Holiday and lock Down time .

In any particular case wherein the employee is not serving the entire notice period for the time for which he/she is required to serve, then he shall get paid to the period for which he has given his service to the organization and for the balance period the notice period amount shall be recovered.
