Apar served beyond due date

The apar for this year was provided to me on 1.9.2020 which was beyond the time schedule of 31.7.2020.not noticing the fact i filled the same and submitted it on 3.9.2020. Can i now claim that the apar served beyond due date is void?

What do you mean from the terminology "apar" used in the post ?

Yes, it is beyond the revised time schedule. However, there is no need to be much concerned about it.
