sec. 377 based

Does the definition of ‘bride’ under Section 5 of the Hindu Marriage Act include ‘transgender’?

Does the scope of marriage between two transgenders extend to other attendant rights such as adoption and maintenance?

two transgenders get married according to hindu laws now a society comes and says that these doesn't gets applicable according to the Hindu laws. The judgement held by the court was that the transwoman can come under the ambit of wife but the definition of man cannot be changed.
