Can anyone update us about the best layer in Pune city?

Pagdi system shop and house tenant .we need our property back .now tenants are saying that property is there haq ki hai. Which is no where in legal nor on papers. Since 9months no body stays in the house. They are only keeping their shop Ka stuff in that house. Please let us know how can we have the re possession of our own property?????
