execution petition

Already we got dercee copies. But we did not the money frm opposite party. The lawyer did not apply for excution petition. He gave Xerox copies for me. Can possibly for apply for excution petition by the Xerox copy.

U obtain certified copies and file e.p thru another advocate.

You need to file the execution petition with the certified copies of decree. Just apply for the issuance of certified copy of judgment and decree.
