title deed

A land 600sq yard was purchase by three persons in 1965. among three one person was minor. Now among two adult one is claiming that whole land was purchased by him only because other two person was minor and don't have any source of income. my question is what is the legal aspect in this case.

Who invested money. Why the two minor s name came in sale deed. Why their name was inserted their name. All three are one father's heirs

Money was invested by all three members equally. Both Two person are brother in law of third person(adult one). One brother in law was adult at that time.
