A person was doing his B.A final in 2013 from Rajasthan university, final result came in July 2013 but during last session he was supplementary in one subject ,his supplementary exam scheduled was conducted in August 2013 but he didn't attend that supplementary exam and apply for revolution of particular subject in September 2013 .Revolution result was declared in January 2014 and he declared to pass in that particular subject ,after completion of B.A he applied for the post of ASI in CISF ,he cleared the exam except interview . After long period he called up for document verification in March 2015 and CISF authority informed that his B.A marksheet should be before 01 January 2014 and as per that he is not eligible for the interview. After received of these information he filed the petition in High court and mentioned that his B.A degree should be counted as session 2013 instead of 2014 and decision was declared in favour of the petitioner, and interview was to be conducted as per order .He was declared to pass in interview and intimation letter was issued to him in February 2017 that he was selected for ASI post and will be called with next batch accordingly. But after waiting of one year he called for training in January 2018. Now please tell me that he is eligible for promotion since 2015 or not , his batch was started from 2015 except of that person whose matter was awaited in High court . After High court order he was called up for the training with next batch in 2018.
