I have a query, which I hope experts can find it very easy to confirm:
If I have boradband internet connection from a service provider who has main working office in mumbai. All the customer management, inquiry & other service happened from mumbai office.
can it be possible to file a compliant in PUNE DISTRICT CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FORUM
Againest the service provider under "Deficiencies in service".
OR I will have file it in related mumbai CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FORUM.
