I joined my organization on 4th February 2013 and now serving notice and my last day is 4th August 2017. I will complete 4.6 years with the employer on 4th August (which is also my last working day). will i be eligible for Gratuity? if yes what supportings i can provide them with to put up my case?
just for info : My firm follows 5 days working culture.

Does your employer has its own Gratuity Scheme/Rules.

If yes, attach it here.

Employer can also offer better terms of Gratuity and pay by its own discretion and sweet will.
