Divorce filed in 2 different cities

Hello, My husband has filed cruelty case against me to seek divorce and he lives in Bangalore so the case has been filed in Bangalore but I wanted to transfer it to Chennai since I reside here and not in a position to travel. Could you please advice on how to transfer the case to Chennai. What is the procedure? Do I need to file a petition in Bangalore family court or do I need to go through Supreme Court Delhi? Please advice as soon as possible TIA

Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure enables the Supreme Court to transfer any Case, appeal or other proceedings from High Court or other civil court in one State to a High Court or other civil court in any other State. so, ask a lawyer to file petition in Supreme Court of India on your behalf
