Superdari

I had a two wheeler vehicle on superdari after three year I have sold that without court permission. But after four year. I have received sommon that I will have to appear with vehicle. Please help What should I do in that case. Because I have robbed by some budies in 2013. I lost Rs. 10,000/- and my vehicle also. After that vehicle relesed by court on superdari.
