we brought one north- west corner ace plot (plot no 239) three months back. our mistake is we did not see layout. we took ec everything is correct.
Probem: east side plot numbers in document and layout are different.
observations:
1. This venture was established in 1984. at that time venture is like in the attached file.
2. in this plot numbers 239, 250 are sold before. plots from 240 to 249 are sold to one person named XXXX as in the form of land not in form of plots.
3. so that east boarders of plot 239, 250 were mentioned in documents as 240,249 respectively.
4. In 1990 XXXX established new venture and sold plots 240 to 249 with different plot numbers 1/a,1/b,2/a,2/b,3/a,3/b/4/a/4/b,5/a,5/b.
so that east boarder of plot 239 were changed.
bust in our documents east boarder is 240 only.
we have all linked documents in all those east boarder is 240 only
we are the the fouth person who buyed that plot.
HOW CAN THE THIS EAST BOARDER IN OUR PLOT. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE..?
