pw2 & pw3 seemed to have gone hostile in the 498a case. can i get 313 chance for my defence?
i want to submit few proofs so that it can make the 498a case false.

thank you. i saw the 313 is despensed with for accueed when witnesseses go hostile on record. does this mean i wont be getting 313?
will i be cross examined by the PP if i submit proof of documents?

The Documents you are mentioned will be in the case file if you submit it as part of 313. For you to be cross examined you have to get into witness box as defense witness. My suggestion is as defence witness mark the documents if the documentary proof is significant. It will be help you in all ways.
