My daughter had executed an Indeminity bond with a public sector company for getting a Job. Text of the bond starts with " ...... Executed at Bangalore on 25th April...." . But it was signed at a different place ( Kochi). Only she signed in the document from her part and no witness signed from her part. From the company part, company representative and some employees signed. One of the employee signed as witness for her. All of them were at Kochi on that date. She had to break the bond for joining in another service. My question is whether this bond is valid in the court.
