We are staying big complex. Our builder has agreed to formed society after three year. Now builder trying to twist every corner. Builder has given final paper of society but some clause is blank like area of builder. when we asked than he providing undertaking to us with mention total area of complex.
My question that in society formation paper which will submit to registrar in this each wing building area should be mention or total area of complex should be mention(like club house,party lawn area,open land in complex) in file of each individual society file.
Second one that we are seeking to hiring legal expert on those issue, can we collect money from flat owner for incurring of such expenses in bank account. It is legal or not come any problem in future for better of society
