Hello Experts,
In past company had singed sing a bond no plain paper and company got sold out but to take all the documents I have to pay huge amout to new employer to which it sold out. After a year I have deciced to go ahead and file a case in labour court. Please let me know the procedure for the same. I have that DD and Bond copy with me. They have not provided any receipt of that bond copy.

Were you askede to resign in writing by old employer citing the reason as it is sold out?
Did the next employer provide the continuity in service?
