Hi... my friend was divored 5 years ago. The divorce papers were lost and how to apply for certified copy. At the time of divorce, my friend was living at Gaziabad at that time but not sure which court divorce was filed. Any way to apply and get certificate copy? Please reply ASAP

Ask UR friend to go to the concerned court registry,submit an application for certified copies,pay the requisite fee and obtain them in 15 days to 1 month.

The file shall still be maintained in the record room. You can collect it from there after applying for a certified copy.
