We are 3 brothers and we have agricultural land in Ratnagiri , each brother having 2.88 Gutha land that is total 8.64 guntha land on 3 brothers name its one peice land. But its divided on paper and register by lawyer. still on our 7/12 is not sepreated . on every plat everybodys names are mentioned. need to remove names by plot wise divided as per agreement by registrar.
What is the procedure ? to sepreate 7/12 utara. need to do ploting in 3 diffrent part with 3 diffrent names 7/12.
please suggest the options and procedure.
