Question continue.... Threats for continuing the marriage.since then my wife living with her parents. I want to dissolve this marriage as early as possible. I have given NC report in POLICE STATION before 6 month.now I have sent her a notice through my lawyer,for meeting with 2(two) members from his family and herself.they received that notice and replied through the lawyer that they are not willing to come in court and willing to meet on the fixed date. They came on fixed date and the result came that , A checkeup should be done by Specialist skin doctor and if that disease is genetical, then they will not force to continue the marriage.what should I do now? Please give me a suitable suggestion bcoz I want divorce my wife as soon as possible.

I have her treatment papers of both before and after the marriage.

Vitiligo is a skin decease which cannot be hidden.U are saying that she was sufferring from 2 yrs prior to marriage, a husband noticising it after 4 months of marriage is a mystery.Something more  realistic is missing in the query.

Sir, she had small white patche on her neck beneath the hairs.and she hide that patch.I got noticed after seeing the prescripttion papers of that doctor.they patches was not on WHOLE BODY to which I could see easily.

The prescripttion papers were also intentionally hide by them.
