Co owner of house with sister

Hi All,

Me and my sister's family were thinking to buy a independent house jointly. But both of us need to take "loan" to buy the same. 

I went through some similar posts on this forum which tells taking loans in this kind of scenario is not possible, Can someone suggest me a work around for this. I'll be very much greatful.
