My father has a property which was acquired by the govt. 25 odd years back as it was group acquisition government offered compensation which some people accepted but my father and few others prottested and filled case and after a few years of dates adjournment and litigation expenses my dad not to procede any further. Now can I open the case, I do posses the case file and documentation and whether I will be successful in winning the case and how many more years its goning to take.
