Hi,
My divorce court case got delayed to March of next year stating the judge is not available and there are about 4000 plus cases pending in hyderabad family court. Does anyone know if the judge will be posted anytime soon? I do not wish to settle owing to non availability of judge. What are my options to proceed with divorce?

In other things which you can do are.
1. Write to District Judge asking him to appoint judge who is missing in that seat. Write letter and Take signatures of fellow litigants, lawyers, and give it to him, and then take step No. 2., 3, 4, 5, ........
2. Wait.

4. Wait.
5. Wait.
6. Wait...........................until someone gets appointed or go for MCD !.

You have no option than to wait for a judge to be posted to that court. This is an universal problem, which even the government is aware of, so wait.
