My frn having one tenant, he gave that house on lease to tenant. It seems as per the agreement he (owner) or tenant needs to give 3 months time to vacate by giving notice through lawyer. Instead of lawyer notice, they agreed to vacate in 3 months, now only 1.5 months is over, that tenant is asking money as he has some money issues but my friend is saying he doesn't have money and he will be able to set that money only on third month.
Tenant is using very bad language against him, he is torturing him and verbally fighting against owner's wife and him. Lease amount is 5 Lakhs. My frn is very upset.
Please let me know if he can file tax evasion petition or criminal cases or suggest.
