Dear Legal Experts,
Ffrom a number of years, A civil case is pending before a Civil Judge Junior Division.
1) Both Plantiff and Defendent evidences has been closed two years ago, even written arguments has been submitted.
2) the Judge is not passing final order in the case, he is sitting on the case file, and adjourn the case on every hearing citing no "Rebuttal Evidence"
3) My counsel has requested many times for disposal of the matter.
Till now continuously 30 times case has been adjourned for "Rebuttal".
Please advise how to deal with this situation.
